Sadness. It s been also existing deep in your heart since you began your existence.
They both are your modalities in life. They may come out as they are anytime. It could be pleasing or hurting.
You can't stop them, neither press them down, neither prevent them from coming out. Never try to get rid of them. They are part of you!You will be never successful separating them. But you can control them when they may come out. You can set the time when they will come. You can release them in the proper time.
But it needs a lot of practices. A lot of experiences of good and bad times. What you need is just to have a lot of practices. A lot of good and bad experiences. And take them as your daily contemplation.
Don't be too afraid of the coming sadness but also don't be too welcoming to the coming happiness. They actually always come together, one of them is just hiding behind. And you just don't see either when they come.
